The Center’s goal has been to provide health care to all, no

Overview

There are 5 Family Health Center locations throughout Jackson, Pike, and Scioto counties. They are located in Jackson, Waverly, Piketon, Portsmouth and West Portsmouth. The Family Health Centers employ a variety of medical and dental practitioners to better serve patients needs.
